New settings:

POP3
incoming mail: mail.domainname....
outgoing mail: smtp.emailsrvr.com
port 587 - Under Advanced Tab, put this where it say 25

SMTP requires authentication. - Under Server Tab, check this

Web mail login is: webmail.domainname...

 To Check Web Base Mail:

Open you browser and enter : webmail.youdomain....
ex) webmail.elitewebconcepts.com  click Go

Enter you login as your WHOLE email address  ex) info@domainname.com  and password and you shoud be good to go with your web base email.

How to set up your mail account on Microsoft Outlook using your
new email address: Click here if you use Outlook Express.

STEP 1
Open Microsoft Outlook >Go to Tools > Email Accounts....

STEP 2

Check the POP3 > Next ......

STEP 3
Check Add a new e-mail account > Next> .... (skip step 3b)
OR if you are just changing settings, click on the View or
change existing e-mail accounts > Next>...

STEP 3b
Highlight your accout name and click on the Change button on right.

STEP 4
This is the technical part.
Your Name: is your name. duh.
Email address: is your new email address that I sent you, type it in full.
Incoming mail: is always: mail.(whateveryouraddressis).(com,net)
Outgoing mail: is smtp.emailsrvr.com *
User Name: This HAS to be your FULL COMPLETE email address. Not just the first part.
Password: Whatever was assigned.
Click on Test Account Settings...

STEP 5
Now click on the More Settings... button > go to the
Outgoing Server tab and click on the My outgoing server requires authentication.
Click OK. Retry
Test Settings. 
* (If your test email fails several times on the outgoing mail, you may have to replace this with whatever
your current ISP conection is with. For example: gismtp.kdsi.net)

STEP 6
Now click on the Advanced Tab
Type in the 587 in the Out going server (SMTP) box.
Click OK > Next> Finished
